Ethical and unethical in role of HR
Ethical issues in HR role:
1.HR professionals are likely to face maximum ethical dilemmas in the areas of hiring of employees.
2. HR professionals faced with the dilemma of Basic salaries : In some situations, where the increase is larger than normal they have to elevate some positions to higher grades or they have to give large hike(more than what they deserves) to the employees so that they should not lose good employees.
3. Safety and Health: Ethical dilemmas of HR managers arise when the justice is denied to the victims by the organisation.
4. Employee Responsibility: Employees have responsibilities towards their employers, even if they work part time or don't have a written contract with their employers.
Unethical Issues in HR:
1. Abusive behavior:Too many workplaces are filled with managers and supervisors who use their position and power to mistreat or disrespect others.
2. Lying to employees:The fastest way to lose the trust of your employees is to lie to them, yet employers do it all the time.
3. Violating company policies: Many employees are filed for violating the company rules and regulations.
