Misleading Information:It should be clear to clients and where a treatment center facility is physically located.What types of treatment they provide or what are the facilities they provide to their employees and also what policies they accept and provide to their employees.
Anti-competitive practices: are business or government practices that prevent or reduce competition in a market.Bait and switch is a form of fraud where customers are “baited” by advertising for a product or service at a low price; second, the customers discover that the advertised good is not available and are “switched” to a costlier product.
